In-home & community-based Occupational Therapy in West Toronto & Mississauga.

Neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, child-led.

My approach

I am an Occupational Therapist registered in Ontario with a passion for inclusion, accessibility, and meaningful participation in chosen activities. My services are neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, and client-led.

KIDS: My sessions with kids are playful, silly, messy, and built off their interests. My practice strengths include functional sensory processing, emotional regulation, fine & gross motor skills, and life skills.

ADULTS: My sessions with adults are strengths-based and meaningful. My practice strengths include supporting young adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities in growing their skills related to activities of daily living, work, school, and community access.

I come to you, or we meet in a community space.

Meeting at your home or in a chosen space in your community allows me to meet you/your child on your home turf, and to see how things are going in the context of your real life. We will try strategies in the moment, and will figure out what is actually going to be feasible for you to implement on your own!

What does neurodiversity-affirming care look like? I honour all forms of communication and play, view stims as functional, and will never promote masking. I value compassion over compliance and regulation before expectation.
